About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an inside sales/relationship manager for its Vendor Finance division supporting the construction industry. The inside sales/relationship manager role will be key to driving day-to-day partner engagement through outreach, transaction management and accommodating customer service related requests. In this role, you will: Responsible for making outbound calls and taking inbound calls with the objective of developing dealer relationships to source future retail opportunities Provide transaction assistance including deal quoting, deal structuring, documentation and other aspects of the financing process Partner and align with internal functions to collaborate on goals and resolve issues Identify and recommend opportunities for risk control development Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements Travel on an as needed basis to visit dealer partners, participate in trade shows and sales events Required Qualifications: 4+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Vendor finance experience Commercial lending experience Sales experience Credit experience Job Locations: 801 Walnut St - Des Moines, IA 50309. 401 Las Colinas Blvd W Bldg B IRVING, TX 75039.
