Your Role
As an Enterprise BDR, you'll drive pipeline growth for Enterprise Account Executives by identifying and qualifying high-value prospects. You'll execute outbound and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting complex organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, etc
- ABM Collaboration with marketing/sales
- Opportunity Qualification and discovery
- Meeting Generation aligned with ICP
- Account Research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Bombora
- CRM Management in Salesforce
- Cross-Functional Feedback to refine campaigns
KPIs:
- Discovery calls booked
- Conversion rate to qualified pipeline
- Target account engagement
- Outreach volume & quality
- ABM campaign contribution
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years in B2B SaaS sales or lead generation (enterprise preferred).
- Familiarity with ABM, intent data, and tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo.
- Strong communication, organization, and strategic thinking.
- Experience in transportation/logistics or compliance-heavy industries preferred.
- Knowledge of MEDDIC/Sandler frameworks and DOT regulations a plus
