Job Summary:
The firm is seeking a professional with 3-5 years of investment banking experience to join its team, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on M&A transactions in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors. The role demands strong technical proficiency, proven deal execution experience, and hands-on involvement in financial modeling. Successful candidates will join a high-performance, collaborative environment focused on high-impact transactions. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with senior team members on a variety of assignments, including business development, capital raising (equity and debt), M&A transactions, and other strategic advisory engagements
• Prepare high-quality materials such as pitch books, information memorandums, management presentations, and financial models
• Conduct financial analysis and valuation work, oversee modeling efforts, and support due diligence processes
• Review and guide the work of junior team members, ensuring accuracy, structure, and prioritization
• Engage directly with client executive teams, playing a central role in deal execution, process management, and due diligence coordination
• Support outreach efforts during marketing phases, including direct interaction with private equity firms, lenders, and strategic acquirers
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, or Corporate Development, ideally with prior Analyst and/or Associate-level experience
• Strong analytical and accounting skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• FINRA Series 79 or Series 7 license preferred
