Mission: As a BDR, your job is to open doors—identify the right prospects, engage them with precision, and help bring new customers into the fold.
This is a foundational role on our sales team. You’ll help define how we go to market, how we talk about our value, and how we build pipeline at scale.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Own outbound outreach: email, phone, social, and other channels
- Build and manage prospecting lists using AI tools and your own research
- Test messaging, iterate quickly, and share what’s working with the team
- Hit weekly and monthly targets tied to meetings booked and pipeline created
- Partner with AEs and marketing to build outbound plays and improve targeting
