This role is a dedicated top negotiation leader supporting revenue growth and business strategy. Drive significant revenue gains and build internal momentum through strategic wins. Spark strategic thinking, encourage calculated risk-taking, and create the conditions for breakthrough deals.
This person will need experience in:
- Long term key customer negotiations.
- Developing a multi-year agreement that goes beyond our standard structures.
- Coordinate across engineering, pricing, marketing, and partner closely with finance and legal.
- End customer deals - a strategy and execution on large end customer / regional opportunities.
- Deal Governance, Pricing and Monetization - Work with Intel's deal governance and pricing councils to enable scalable, disciplined, and executable frameworks that align with our business priorities
- LRP roadmap alignment - manage beyond 4 quarters, best product and supply/lira/complexity/etc.
Responsibilities:
- Hunting and supporting Intel's largest customer opportunities - coordinating across sales and product teams to bring best-in-class deal structure and partnership strategy. Close incremental (new) contracts with major customers and partners in the 200M-2B range
- Proactively identify market opportunities, influence business and capacity plans, and align roadmap positioning, shifting focus from near-term execution to a more forward-looking 12-24 month
- Complement the work of the traditional BMG sales ops team, exploring solutions like IP licensing, new revenue models, large-scale co-design or partnership deals.
- Drive long term roadmap and capacity alignment through LRP and LIRA process
- Monitor the market and competitor technology, services, capacity for timely business sensing
- Create business reports and provide feedback to the leadership team

Qualifications:
- BS
- 20+ years of industry experience including direct experience in business development, business operations, sales and customer relationship management
- 10+ year leadership and collaboration capabilities in a highly complex cross-functional
