Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Insurance Sales Manager to lead and mentor a small team of dedicated sales professionals focused on commercial lines business. Responsibilities:

- Assist sales agents in identifying and developing new business leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
