- Design program structures that empower teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Develop standardized mechanisms to keep key stakeholders informed about portfolio progress, risks, and issues.
- Manage program dependencies, reporting, and leadership escalations and communications.
- Facilitate discussions with experts to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across Product Development, Product Management, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Foster continuous improvement across teams to drive operational excellence.
