The Customer Success Consultant Project Manager leads multiple projects, implementations, and root cause scenarios consistently supporting stakeholders across the Sales organization. Learns and maintains an in depth understanding of the Staples organization that allows for efficient use of resources and faster revenue recognition in complex projects.
What you’ll be doing:
· Leads customer projects, partners with implementations, and root cause scenarios as assigned to completion
· Manages complex exception processes for strategic accounts including product kitting, complex logistics, assortment management, or other program management functions.
· Creates and maintains timeline for all parties to ensure project timelines and sequence of events results in timely project execution
· Manages the process with internal and external teams to ensure timely benchmarks and resolves issues
· Use independent judgement and decision making in execution of projects
· Reports daily/weekly benchmarks to all parties on progress of situation
· Participate in special process improvement projects as SME as requested by Supervisor, Manager or Director. Makes recommendations to improve upstream and downstream processes and procedures.
· Foster a sense of urgency in others for achieving objectives, delegate tasks, and hold each party accountable for meeting expectations/timelines
· Create an engaging and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels valued, appreciated, and part of the team
· Promote sharing of expertise and a free flow of communication and learning across all teams
· Provide direction to internal departments and other support services teams and navigate the internally within the company to achieve desired results
· Vendors – coordinate as needed to manage and resolve problems
· Sales Directors / Sales leaders – Provide updates on all outstanding projects, implementations, root cause

Qualifications:
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
· 2+ years business experience (project coordination or project management)
· 2+ years of Project Management experience
· 2+ years experience working in sales organization(s), directly with Sales
· 3+ years of MS Office Platform (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint), working within an Enterprise Order Management System and Salesforce.com
