Partner Solutions Advisor Overview The Partner Solutions Advisor plays a critical role on our business development team to drive co-innovation with our most strategic partners — shaping joint solutions that address customer needs and deliver meaningful business outcomes. This individual is responsible for ideating, designing, and managing integrated solutions that align with our strategic objectives and partner ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: -Lead ideation and solution design sessions with partners to identify high-impact integration opportunities and define compelling joint use cases. -Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures, leveraging a deep understanding of integration methods and patterns such as REST APIs, webhooks, SSO, SCIM, event-driven frameworks, and data federation. -Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to define and prioritize solution blueprints that address customer and market needs. Produce clear, reusable solution documentation including reference architectures, use case guides, and technical enablement materials. -Act as a trusted technical advisor to both internal stakeholders and partners, influencing roadmap alignment and integration best practices. -Provide technical validation of partner integrations, ensuring security, interoperability, and adherence to architectural standards. -Represent the company at select partner and industry events (approximately 15% travel). Qualifications: -5+ years of experience in a technical architecture, product management, implementation, or solution engineering role at an enterprise software company or systems integrator. -Demonstrated experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Access Management (AM), and Identity Security solutions like SailPoint, Microsoft Entra, Okta, Ping, CyberArk, etc. -Experience with the following technologies: -OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, SCIM, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures) -NodeJS, JavaScript, Typescript, Angular, React.js -SpringBoot, SpringMVC -XML, SPML/SOAP, web and application servers -Relational databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL) -NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) -Directories (LDAP, AD) -Java, BeanShell, JavaScript Node.js -Enterprise resource planning or service management systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow) -Cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) -Front-end language experience (HTML, CSS, Angular, React, Vue.js) -Proven ability to translate business goals into technical solution strategies and actionable plans. -Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging technical and non- technical audiences alike. Education & Location: -Computer Science degree, Engineering degree, or equivalent experience -J2EE certification and/or CISSP certification is a plus -SailPoint Certified Engineer or Solution Architect is a plus and is expected within 12 months of hire Ideally in Austin, TX, but could be flexible for the perfect candidate -Minimal travel will be required for conferences and team building activities -This is an individual contributor role Benefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD): $125,400 - $179,175 - $232,950 Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.
